Flower Cooking Part II

Finally! Elderflower is blooming! Time for the once-in-a-year fried elderflower blossoms. So different, so special.
We enjoyed it with a jug of Pims, which made it even more springlike!

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
flour
egg
milk
elderflower blossoms
Mix flour, egg and milk to a pancake dough. I really cannot give you the amounts, as it depends on many factors (quality of flour, size of egg,..) and the quantity of flowers you want to make.
Dip the quickly rinsed flowers in the dough and fry in hot oil until golden.
Eat immediately, dusted with lots of powdered sugar, with green salad on the side. Marinate the salad with salt, sugar, vinegar and oil.
