Bresaola Light Lunch

This is a light and simple, yet tasty, lunch. It's very quick to prepare too. Bresaola is one of the things I only discovered in Italy. First I was quite suspicious of it, but it quickly became one of my favourites!

The preparation isn't really a recipe at all: I just roll up the Bresaola slices with cream cheese, drip some lemon juice and olive oil over them and serve it on a bed of salad and tomatoes, sprinkled with your favourite salad dressing. That's it!
For those who might wonder: Bresaola is air-dried, salted beef - very low in calories. Check out what Wikipedia says!
