Salmon Tartar


So easy and so posh! ;-)


All you have to do is chop a 200 g smoked salmon, 2 apples, 1 small onion and 1 stick of celery in small cubes, season with salt, pepper, dill, lemon juice and olive oil. That's it.

Be sure you don't have to kiss anyone after eating it or, eat it both! (the onion...)


Best served with fresh homemade bread!
