Gina: Hi people! This blog is meant to document and share my culinary experiences - either home made or eating out. I'm Austrian, therefore my culinary roots are based on the Austro-Hungarian Empire, living in Italy, so to get also the Mediterranean share. I love travelling and to try out any foreign food possible. Now enjoy - I will! Oh, yes: I'll write in English...more or less everybody (also Italians and Austrians) should be able to read it!
