Well, it's not really a translated Italian saying, but technically it's a golden rule to follow! ;-)
Specially when it's in a restaurant (Kalamaro, Rimini Darsena) which you already wanted to try for more than a year or so... and it definitely passed the test. Very good food, nice atmosphere and honest prices (from what I saw on the menu).
Mussels Marinara are always on our radar! Specially when you let the bread soak up all the sauce!

Dessert: Pistachio Ice Cream and Mango Sorbet. Even if I thought the Mango sorbet would be the perfect choice as it's light and refreshing, I must admit that Mr A's choice of Pistachio ice cream was much wiser, even if it was very sweet and rich.
